Joel Lazar, RRP – Director

Joel Lazar has spent more than 20 years working with the fractional, primary and secondary home segments in a sales and marketing capacity. Lazar served on the American Resort Development Association's (ARDA) Board of Directors and as chairperson of the ARDA Membership Committee.

As the former Corporate Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Transeastern Homes, a privately held entity, Lazar helped the company gain recognition as the fastest growing homebuilder in the country. During his tenure, Transeastern sold nearly $2 Billion in new homes and successfully launched 20 communities.

Partnering with Art Falcone and Charles L Strasser, Lazar formed Concept Marketing International d/b/a CMI. With CMI, a high performance real estate marketing and sales turnkey solution is available to select real estate developers around the world

In 2004, Joel Lazar was awarded Sales & Marketing Executive of the Year by the Florida Home Builders Association at the Southeastern Builders Conference in Orlando, Florida. In 2005, CMI was recognized as the Real Estate Sales & Marketing Company of the Year by International Real Estate Trade Organization and the International Luxury Developers Council at the Urban Land Institute conference in Los Angeles, California. CMI has exhibited vast marketing and sales expertise with a proven track record for success. His writings have been published in numerous industry publications. He also co-wrote a White paper with Wally Hobson that was published internationally in hard print and on the web by the Journal of Leisure Property.

Lazar is a Board Member of the Children’s Home Society and was elected the Board Member of the Year in 2005. Lazar is also a licensed aircraft pilot. He is a proud father of two little girls, Shayna and Jade.
